Terms of Service

Updated 27 October 2026: Section 1 now describes the audit, monitoring and Emergency Fix services as well as warmup. These Terms now also name the company that operates Humerly and link our Refund and Cancellation, Shipping and Delivery, and Acceptable Use policies.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and VGCB IT Solutions Private Limited (CIN U62013TS2025PTC192906), registered office Innov 8 Vasavi Gachibowli Vasavis Shalom Sky City, 7th floor, Tower-1, Unit No -701 to 710, S.Y N,O- 17, Gachibowli Villgae, Kondapur Serilingamapally Mandal, Rangareddy District, Gachibowli, K.V.Rangareddy, Seri Lingampally, Telangana, India, 500032 ("Humerly", "we", "us"). They govern your use of humerly.com, the audit at audit.humerly.com, the dashboard at app.humerly.com and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Overview

Humerly checks the DNS and email authentication records of sending domains, shows how to fix what is wrong, monitors the domains you add to your account, and reports what it measured. Emergency Fix is a one-time service in which we diagnose one incident on up to 3 domains and apply the agreed changes with you. Sending from mailboxes on Humerly's own infrastructure is on a waitlist and is not sold yet.

Humerly operates a managed warmup service composed of mailboxes provisioned and controlled by Humerly on its own infrastructure. These mailboxes exchange messages with each other to build and maintain sending reputation on Humerly's own domains. Customer sending domains are not currently enrolled in this activity. A fixed list of external contacts maintained by Humerly receives a portion of warmup volume; their contact details are processed for that purpose. This activity is carried out on accounts within Humerly's control; it does not route your email through accounts belonging to independent third parties.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account and Access

To use our Services, you must provide accurate and complete information during the onboarding process, including your sending domain details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Services must follow our Acceptable Use Policy at humerly.com/acceptable-use, which is part of these Terms. You must not reverse-engineer, scrape or disrupt the Services, or resell them without our written agreement. We may suspend or end access that breaks these Terms or that policy.

5. Content

The kinds of content we do not accept are listed in our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Free Forever

Humerly offers a Free Forever tier. No credit card is required at any point. It is not a trial, and it does not expire. Free Forever includes unlimited domain audits, all DNS fix guidance, the printable report and Business Impact analysis, plus one monitored domain re-checked monthly with an alert if it regresses. Paid plans add monitored domains re-checked every day; current pricing is published on our website. You may move to a paid plan at any time, or stay on Free Forever indefinitely.

7. Pricing and Payment

Our current prices are published at humerly.com/pricing, which is the authoritative source. Plans are priced per month by the number of monitored domains. Starter and Growth renew automatically every month until you cancel. Prices are shown in US dollars and Indian rupees. Card and UPI payments are charged in Indian rupees at the rupee price shown. If your card is issued outside India, your bank converts the amount and may add a fee. Invoices state their currency. For customers in India, prices include GST. Prices for customers outside India do not include Indian GST, and you are responsible for any tax due in your own country. We give existing customers 30 days' notice of a price change. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. How each service is delivered is set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy at humerly.com/delivery-policy.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel at any time, as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy at humerly.com/refund-policy. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts. Except as set out in that policy, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have paid for, and we do not refund part of a billing period.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend Services for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on humerly.com, including text, graphics, logos, design, and code, is the property of Humerly and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humerly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Email deliverability depends on many things outside our control, including your sending domain's history, your content and how recipients respond. Humerly checks your DNS and authentication records, shows how to fix them, and reports what it measured. It does not guarantee inbox placement or any other deliverability outcome.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Humerly and its team members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
