Humerly is software and a service delivered online. We do not ship physical goods, and there are no shipping charges.

Free Forever starts when you create an account at app.humerly.com.
Starter and Growth: if you pay by card or UPI, the plan is added to your account when our payment processor confirms the payment. If you pay by invoice, we add the plan within 1 business day of the payment reaching our bank. You use the plan in the dashboard at app.humerly.com. If you have paid and the plan does not show in your account, email support@humerly.com.
Emergency Fix covers one incident on up to 3 domains and is delivered as set out on humerly.com/emergency-fix. The first read arrives within one business day of receiving your domain. The changes are applied on the day we have both your approval and your payment. The fix is then watched for 7 days, with a daily note.
