The Real Problem

“Delivered” does not mean “arrived.”

Your sending tool says delivered. Gmail and Microsoft disagree. Since the 2025 enforcement waves, mail from misconfigured domains is not filtered to spam — much of it is rejected before it ever reaches a folder. Replies dry up, clicks flatline, and no dashboard tells you why. The cause is almost always the domain itself: missing DKIM, weak DMARC, broken SPF, a reputation nobody is watching.

The Humerly free domain audit checks MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, TLS-RPT, MTA-STS, and BIMI and returns an Email Setup Score with copy-paste DNS fixes.

Gmail and Microsoft tightened sender enforcement through 2025. No DKIM, no DMARC, or a policy stuck at p=none is where domains fail first.

FAQ

Common questions

What is email deliverability?+
Email deliverability is the ability of your messages to reach the recipient's inbox rather than the spam folder or being rejected outright. It depends on domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), sender reputation, and sending practices.
Why are my emails going to spam or disappearing?+
The most common cause is missing or weak domain authentication — no DKIM signature, no DMARC record, or DMARC set to p=none.
What are Gmail's sender requirements?+
Gmail requires bulk senders to authenticate with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, keep spam complaint rates low, and support one-click unsubscribe. Enforcement tightened sharply in late 2025; non-compliant mail is increasingly rejected, not just filtered.
What does DMARC p=none mean?+
p=none is a monitoring-only DMARC policy — it reports abuse of your domain but blocks nothing. Moving to p=quarantine or p=reject is what actually protects your domain and your deliverability.
Is the Humerly audit really free?+
Yes. The domain audit, the Email Setup Score, and every DNS fix it generates are free with no signup. Entering your email additionally unlocks a revenue-at-risk estimate and a PDF report.
Does Humerly measure inbox placement?+
No — and we say so plainly. The audit measures your email setup and authentication, which determine whether providers will accept your mail; it does not watch live inboxes. We would rather be exact about what we measure than impressive about what we don't.
Does Humerly do warmup?+
We provide controlled volume ramping as a supporting capability of our sending infrastructure. We do not simulate engagement — no scripted opens, clicks, or "mark as not spam" tricks. Those techniques violate provider terms and burn domains.
How is Humerly different from warmup tools?+
Warmup tools try to game reputation signals; Humerly fixes the root causes. We audit your setup, repair your DNS, send on compliant infrastructure, and monitor your reputation continuously.
